Honishi — Terms of Use
Effective date: October 1, 2026 · Operator: Honishi · Contact: admin@honishi.app
By signing in to Honishi you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. What Honishi is
Honishi is a private dashboard that brings your accounts, investments, pensions, property and card spending into one place. It includes an AI assistant. It is offered by invitation only, for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Honishi is NOT a financial advisor
Honishi is not a financial advisor, investment adviser, portfolio manager, pension adviser, tax adviser or broker. Neither is its operator. Neither is licensed under Israel's Regulation of Investment Advice, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 1995, or any similar law elsewhere.
- Everything Honishi shows is information only. This includes the AI assistant's answers, insights, alerts, scenarios, comparisons with the market and "what to do next" suggestions. It is not advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, borrow or move money.
- Honishi does not know your full situation, goals or risk tolerance, and it is not personalised professional advice.
- Decisions are yours alone. Before acting, consult a licensed professional.
- Past performance shown in Honishi does not predict future results.
3. Accuracy
We work hard to get the numbers right. Every statement import is checked against the bank's total, and Honishi asks you when something is unclear. But:
- prices can be delayed or missing;
- exchange rates are approximate;
- statements can be read wrongly;
- AI answers can be mistaken.
Your bank, card company, broker and pension fund statements are the official record. If Honishi differs from them, they are right.
4. Your account
- Invitation only. Your account is personal; don't share your sign-in.
- Keep your email account secure: sign-in links are sent there, and two-step verification is recommended.
- Use only your own information, or information you're allowed to use. If you add a family member's card or account, make sure they agree.
- Never upload anything illegal, or documents with other people's ID numbers or health details.
5. Your content
- Everything you add stays yours.
- You let us store and process it only to run Honishi for you: to show it, import it, answer your questions and back it up.
- You can download or delete it at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Acceptable use
Don't:
- try to access other members' data;
- probe or break the security;
- overload the service;
- reverse-engineer it;
- use it for anyone else's business.
7. Third-party services
Honishi relies on Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Google and price-data providers. We aren't responsible for their outages or changes, but we choose them carefully and limit what they receive.
8. Availability and changes
Honishi is provided "as is" and may change, pause or stop. We'll try to give notice of important changes and, if Honishi closes, at least 30 days to export your data.
9. Ending your use
- You can leave at any time from Settings.
- The operator may pause or remove an account for misuse or when the invitation ends. You'll get an export of your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on Honishi. You use Honishi's information at your own risk. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that can't be waived.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The courts of [Tel Aviv-Jaffa] have jurisdiction.
